These policies help every appointment stay safe, clean, and on schedule for the pups in our care.
Appointments are scheduled carefully so each pup has the time and attention they need. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in an additional fee. For late arrivals, we allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond that window may need to be rescheduled, and repeated late arrivals may result in extra fees.
After your "ready for pickup" notification, please plan to pick up within 2 hours, unless other arrangements were approved ahead of time.
All dogs must be picked up by 4:30 PM, unless a later pickup has been pre-approved.
Dogs who remain past the 2-hour pickup window will be charged an additional care fee to cover extra staff time.
Dogs not picked up by 4:30 PM will be moved to overnight boarding, and boarding and food fees will apply. Without a reservation, pickup must happen by 8:00 AM the next morning to avoid additional daycare and feeding charges.
For the safety and comfort of all pets in our care, dogs who arrive with fleas will receive a flea treatment before services continue. Flea treatment fees vary based on the dog's size.
